This doll is perfect. It’s high-quality and well made. The recorder is super easy to use, I can update the messages straight from saved audio on my phone, and I love that it’s rechargeable. We ended up going back to the website to order the deployment book, custom command patches, and extra recorders. Great customer service! My daughter sleeps with her Hero Doll every night. It brings her so much comfort and helps her feel close during this time apart.

If you are looking for something to give to your little one to help them with the transition of daddy or mommy deploying this is a MUST!! The quality, and resemblance of my son was a mazing! My son had deployed sooner than we expected and was not able to be there to put his recording in so he sent me a recorded message. I messaged customer service and explained the situation, and she was absolutely amazing and helped us get the message in and ready for her! It arrived in just a few days and was perfect.

This is exactly what we needed! I have orders to attend training for the military, which would separate me from my spouse and daughter for a few months. I am a family man. The idea of being away for a long period of time without them makes me feel anxious. The doll looks just like me! The umbo hero doll will help me remain at peace knowing that a part of me is at home while I focus on carrying out my duty. Great stuff! I wish more people would know about this product. I think it would subdue a lot of the concerns that come with a deployment. Please continue to offer this product 🙏.

Highly recommend. This is the type of product you don’t know that you need until you have it. The ability to send audio and for my kiddos to hear my voice when I’m away is amazing. The quality of the doll is on point and there really is nothing like this product out there

I reached out to the shop because i was in need of the product within a week timeframe and they helped make that happen! And when i told them it was for my daughters birthday, they sent her an extra gift on them. The product itself is great quality and easy to use. The recordable voice feature is what sold me because you are able to change the voice message. So far it has been worth every penny.

My grandson and daughter in law 1st deployment without my son! I hope this will help them get through this easier!!
